We implement a system that controls the building and parameters important for brewing and managing a restaurant.
More and more small and independent breweries brewing craft beers are appearing on the beer map of Poland. The main advantage of local producers is the quality they attach to the brewing process. Hence the constant need to watch over the process and make every effort to ensure that the final product is of the best quality possible. Especially when you can taste it directly in the restaurant, located next to the brewery, and the beer is automatically exposed to consumer reviews.
The Turek brewery, established in 2016, faces the same challenges.
The installed APA solutions made it possible to control the quality of local production by monitoring humidity and temperature in the malt storage, production and beer storage rooms. In addition, the building has been automated in order to conveniently control lighting, blinds and electrical sockets in the customer area. Monitoring increased the safety of the production process and consumption in the restaurant.
