New type of communication between NAZCA and the actuator

  1. The use of the MQTT protocol allowed the communication to be reversed from the original NAZCA>PLC to PLC>NAZCA. The original communication required the connected device to exist within the local LAN. The new approach allows the PLC to be placed in any location connected to the Internet. This makes it possible to create distributed control systems.

  2. Integration with WAGO PLC (PFC200) via MQTT protocol.
    1. a. MQTT support in NAZCA (modification of RabbitMQ communication server, which NAZCA uses natively)
    2. b. Start-up of MQTT support on WAGO PLC (using WagoAppCloud libraries)
    3. c. Development of the data frame for information transfer between the PLC and NAZCA
    4. d. Establishment of communication between an event driven system (NAZCA) and a continuous driving system (PLC)
