The project included creation of software for communication with a system made by Ubisens. This project included creation of a system for real-time car body tracking in the working area of manual EC drill-drivers.

Thanks to the system it is possible to automatically control the drill-driver once a staff member enters the car without the need to scan the identification number of the car. This decreased the amount of work time of staff members and improved working conditions for the staff by eliminating the tedious car scaling. The system allows the car position to be checked along the entire assembly process thanks to a tag placed on the car roof and using special antennas, detecting this tag at the appropriate frequency.

This project also included implementation of a Cognex Insight 5411 camera for automatic barcode scanning on the mudguard of the car.
