SMS and e-mail notifications about activated alerts have been sent so far solely to platform users defined in advance. Now, each platform user is able to decide themselves about adding a certain person who will be notified about an alert.
Such notifications used to be sent only to a person who owns a given account e.g. the President of the Management Board, Technical Director or Maintenance Manager. The latest solutions we implemented make it possible for the above mentioned persons to add additional receivers, such as a mechanic who will be notified about exceeding power.
